How will you ship my order?
I will ship via UPS.  Please allow 1-3weeks for delivery.

Do you offer refunds?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me via email at Jcrombie213@gmail.com and we will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?
An order may be changed/canceled on condition that no work has been completed for that order. An order cannot be changed/canceled if and when:

- The order has been sent to production.
- The ordered item has been printed.
- The order is already packaged.
- The order is en route to you.
- The order has been delivered.

In such cases, please understand that I'm unable to change/cancel any orders and the customer shall be charged in full.  If a change is required on your order, contact me as soon as possible, so that the changes or cancellations can be made before production begins.

How do you come up with your prices?
Prices are a combination of printing costs, shipping costs, and the time spent on creating the work of art.
